Noah Flint is a musician, husband, and father and an ordained minister. Noah has 20 years of experience playing percussion instruments and 10 years of experience teaching percussion. He has played everything from classical to metal. Noah is a CWEA Indoor Marching Percussion Gold Medalist. In addition to Noah’s experience teaching and playing percussion, he has been playing bass guitar for 14 years and upright double bass for 7 years. Noah is the former Band and Choir Director of Colorado Springs Christian School Woodland Park. Noah has loved working with students and many different environments and is overjoyed to have the opportunity to share his love of music with students in Mississippi.

Christa Flint

Christa Flint is an accomplished voice teacher, theatrical director, music director, and singer. Originally from Mississippi, she enjoys playing games, watching sports, and traveling. Christa began private teaching in Virginia where she lived and worked for nine years. Her students have received top rankings at the State, Mid-Atlantic Region, and National competitions of the NATS Student Auditions in musical theatre and classical performance. In 2024, Christa moved back to her home state with her husband and daughter. Christa also serves as the Artistic Director for Velvet Chair Theatre Company.

Keana Starbird

Keana Starbird has been singing since the age of 3 when she joined her first choir, and she joined the Concert Choir at her high school as the only freshman in 2018. She has participated in many music events including All-District Chorus and NATS, as well as receiving the Lynchburg Optimist Club Music Accomplishment Award and the National School Choral Award. Keana has worked as a Lead Teacher in both the LCA Summer Care and LCA Aftercare programs for 3 years. In addition, she is an actress and participated as both Assistant & Stage Manager in many productions. She was born and raised in Virginia, but currently lives between Georgia and Mississippi. Keana has been a student of a vocal studio for many years and is excited to step into this administration role.
